At time the order is placed, the provided method of payment will be submitted for an authorized amount. If the amount ordered is available on the submitted method of payment, that amount will be reserved until the order is shipped at which time the order amount will be charged from the provided method of payment. An incomplete order will only be charged for the product actually shipped. If an order is cancelled it may take 8 to 10 days the authorized amount placed on the provided method of payment to become available to the cardholder.
SHIPPING POLICY/DELIVERY POLICY
Normal policy is to fulfill and ship within two business days of accepting order. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order unless otherwise specified at the time order is placed. Shipping carriers include: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping ETA and Tracking Information will be provided after credit card verification and authorization after checkout and processing. Federal Express and UPS deliveries generally occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Shipping and handling costs will be calculated at the time of checkout depending on your selected shipping service and location. Expedited shipping requests are subject to additional surcharges.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30-day refund policy on every product we offer. Items must be unused and in original condition. Please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of purchase date. Merchandise returned without an RMA number are subject to restocking fee. Jobar.com cannot be responsible for items returned with an RMA number and may be refused and sent back to sender. We suggest that you ship using a method that has tracking capabilities. Credit card refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
